skills and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee
beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders. This course
applies to any hospitality organisation that serve espresso coffee
beverages and espresso machine operators who operate with some level of
independence and under limited supervision.

•SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
1 Day – 6 hour Workshop
Workshops are held at our purpose-built training facility, lower level Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Club.
Assessment: both practical and written.
