RSA - RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

(includes cost of the Liquor & Gaming NSW competency card)

This one day course is a mandatory requirement under the Liquor Act and Registered Clubs Act for those seeking employment in a licensed premise or Registered Club.

Are you eligible for Government subsidised training?

  1. 18 years old or over
  2. Never previously held an RSA COMPETENCY CARD
  3. no longer at school
  4. living or working in NSW
  5. an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen?

Course Aim

The program deals with the rights and responsibilities involved in the sale, service or supply of alcohol in NSW.

Certificates to be awarded

On successful completion of this course, you will be awarded a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in SITHFAB002 Provide responsible services of alcohol.  You will also be awarded the Liquor & Gaming NSW RSA interim certificate.

Duration

1 Day - 9am - 4pm

HOW TO APPLY

CLICK HERE   to complete an enrolment form, and attach to email HERE along with a copy of any evidence required (as per enrolment form information), at your earliest convenience.

For example, the minimum evidence you would need to return would be proof of citizenship.  The evidence required would be a copy of either your Medicare Card, or birth certificate, or passport.  You may or may not be required to submit any further evidence.  This will depend on your circumstances when completing the enrolment form.

Once your enrolment and any evidence requirements has been received and successfully processed, you will receive a Letter of Confirmation with further details.


 
What is the Unique Student Identifier and do I need one?
From 1 January 2015, all students participating in Nationally Recognised Training in Australia will need to have a Unique Student Identifier, or USI.
A USI is like an account number and is made up of letters and numbers, giving you access to all of your student records and results in one place.
